The safety and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues remains paramount. All of our services are currently in line with latest government guidance including strict adherence to social distancing. Please expect our Colleagues to ask tenants:
a) if delivery at door is acceptable? This can be outside or immediately inside your property.
b) whether you are a self-isolating household (including containing high risk or vulnerable individuals)?
Additional services such as repairs, installation and removal of old appliances, as well as our usual key collection service, will no longer be provided as a result of current social distancing guidance.
Together we can ensure your tenant receives a service in a safe manner whilst protecting the wellbeing of our colleagues.
